National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life. The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community. This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
The NDIS now supports over 500,000 Australians with disability to access the services and supports they need.

Aged Care
Aged care supports older people to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity as they age. This can include help with personal care, household tasks, meals, and accessing medical or social support, either at home or in a supportive community setting.
At 4 The 1 Supports, we provide compassionate, personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle. Our services cover daily living support, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and home maintenance, helping clients remain independent in their own homes.
We also place a strong focus on reducing social isolation by supporting clients to stay connected through social activities, appointments, and community involvement.
Our goal is to enhance quality of life by promoting independence, well-being, and a strong sense of connection and support.

Queensland Community Service Scheme (QCSS)
The Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) provides low intensity supports to assist you to live independently, increase connections and participate in your local community, thereby reducing social isolation.
QCSS may be of assistance if you are affected by circumstances that impact your ability to live independently at home or participate in the community.
At 4 The 1 Supports, we are committed to enhancing the independence and community engagement of individuals through QCSS. Our services are designed to assist those who may not be eligible for NDIS but still require support to live independently and participate actively in their communities. We offer assistance with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and essential yard maintenance to ensure safety and accessibility at home. Additionally, we facilitate community access by helping clients attend appointments, engage in social activities, and connect with local services, thereby reducing social isolation and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle.
