• Deliver and manage your supports and services

• Communicate with you, your representatives, and other providers involved in your care.

• NDIS, My Aged Care, or government agencies, if required by law.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your information.

We store your information securely in both digital and paper formats. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Access to your records is limited to staff who require it for legitimate business or support purposes. When information is no longer required, we securely destroy or de-identify it in accordance with legal requirements.
