The Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) provides low intensity supports to assist you to live independently, increase connections and participate in your local community, thereby reducing social isolation.

 

QCSS may be of assistance if you are affected by circumstances that impact your ability to live independently at home or participate in the community.

At 4 The 1 Supports, we are committed to enhancing the independence and community engagement of individuals through QCSS. Our services are designed to assist those who may not be eligible for NDIS but still require support to live independently and participate actively in their communities. We offer assistance with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and essential yard maintenance to ensure safety and accessibility at home. Additionally, we facilitate community access by helping clients attend appointments, engage in social activities, and connect with local services, thereby reducing social isolation and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle.
